By accessing the Nailbat.com Tracker or listing a server on this Tracker, you agree to the following statements:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to access or list on this Tracker.
2. You agree agree that you are not violating any local, state, federal, or country laws by accessing or listing on this tracker.
3. You agree that the Server Names and/or Descriptions of the servers may contain adult or offensive language.
4. You agree that Tracked.Nailbat.com is a Hotline directory service and that the Owner cannot be held responsible for the content of the servers listed on this tracker.
5. You agree to not disrupt the service of the tracker, by means of brute-force, DDoS, spam messages, or any other means.
6. You agree that your priviledge to use this tracker or list on this Tracker can be revoked at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of the Owner.
7. You agree that artificial bots or any software used to automate the process of accessing the data of the tracker will not be permitted.
8. You agree that this document can be revised at any time without notice. Please check it often as terms may change.

Anyone found in violation of these terms may have their access terminated for any length of time, on a case-per-case basis, at the sole descretion of the Owner.
